Guardian Carers exist to promote a new pioneering way of supporting families throughout the Wirral, by focusing Care and Support Services on the family unit from day one.  By making use of sophisticated systems and recruitment procedures, we engage the assistance, advice, support and active involvement of the family during the recruitment process, ensuring that Agency Staff are secured through group discussions and active involvement from the family.  This method of family involvement means we can ensure satisfaction and trust is at the forefront of the Care Package.

Trust features strongly throughout the relationship between this family run Care Service and the Clients we have in the community.  By involving you in the whole process we are able to give you confidence in then individuals working within your own home, the most important aspect of our care service.
